A tropical and vibrant cocktail combining coconut, pineapple and grenadine for a stunning sunset effect.
Ingredients

Malibu Coconut Rum
100ml

Pineapple Juice
300ml

Grenadine Syrup
20ml
Instructions

Fill two highball glasses with ice cubes

Divide the Malibu evenly between the glasses
3
Pour the pineapple juice into each glass and stir gently
4
Slowly pour the grenadine down the inside of each glass
5
Allow the grenadine to settle naturally to create the sunset effect
6
Garnish and serve immediately
