Cuba’s oldest cocktail. A refreshing blend of mint, white rum, lime and sugar.
Ingredients

White Rum
100ml

Lime Juice
50ml

Sugar
2 tsp

Fresh Mint
2 handfuls

Soda Water
Top Up
Instructions

Muddle the mint leaves, lime juice and sugar in a tall glass

Pour in the rum and stir gently

Fill two tall glasses with ice

Divide the mixture between the glasses

Top up with soda water

Garnish with fresh mint and a lime wedge
